I am an experienced HR Professional with 15+ years of experience in the field of Human Resources and skill development. During these years I have led diverse teams and have been an asset to the organisations I served.
I am a strong will power person with an addiction to deliver perfection in my endeavours. My strengths are my Positive attitude, Inter-personal skills and my Communication skills. A Management graduate with specialisation in HR and an exceptional orator; I have many accords to my credit for my communication skills including a national award for best orator.
Being daughter of, Sister of and Wife of an Army Officer, I am adaptive, open-minded and assertive.
I have vast generalist experience and was exposed to gamut of HR initiatives including Strategic HR, Manpower Planning, HR Framework setting through HR Policy Formulation, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Career & Succession planning and Employee Engagement etc.
To intervene and contribute in the area of Human Resources in any organisation, one must have the aptitude to understand the organisation culture and needs. My varied experience in Manufacturing as well as IT industries, Domestic as well as MNC's, makes me versatile and facilitates me to understand the needs of an organisation .
Over the years, Conducting Trainings and workshops has been my core strength. Talent development through learning gives me creative satisfaction in designing a delivery which adds value and shows effects on individual and organisation's performance and attitude.
I have worked extensively in the areas of Objectivity based Performance Management system in the organisations, by designing and implementing techniques like KRA's and SMART goals.
Last but not the least, HR is my passion and my aim is to contribute towards betterment of the human race though partnering with my elite customers in creating happy and more productive workplace.
